The motor pool at Fort Apache in Passau. The Stars & Stripes are flying at half-staff in honor of President John F. Kennedy who was assassinated in November 1963. A detachment of the 619th Engineer Company was stationed there in the early 1960s. The 619th was attached to the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment.
