Early Warning Radar and Direction-Finding Network

This is what the radar net probably looked like in the second half of 1953. The ADIZ was not added until 1956. Still somewhat tentative - radar range for each site might be a little greater than presented producing an even greater overlap than is presented here ... For certain, though, is that the additional ACW units deployed as part of the Korean War augmentation provided for an improved radar coverage of the US Zone and 4th ATAF sector.
