Several of the guy wires steadying the BOC's 80-foot UHF tower (out of the picture, to the left) are visible, as are four of the 9-foot ("quarter-wave") whip antennas mounted on the VHF radio van. You can see a "lead" coming from the van, curving up to its connection with the 36-foot ("full-wave") VHF wire antenna; it ran between two masts, suspended from a well-insulated line.
