447th Signal Battalion (Source: Bruce Werner, A Company, SIG BN 447) 134' of magnificent bridge structure to hold our two dishes. The radio shack was at the base, inside a fenced compound. The long building on the left had the USAF offices and, more importantly, the NCO Open Mess (club/bar).  The gray building just beyond was the rec building with pool table and 25 seat movie theater (films came from SHAPE a few times a month, and weren't too old). The "L" building at the back is the barracks.
